| i feel like i've sold my soul. not to the devil or to anyone at all for that matter, but rather to the betterment of my knowledge, skills, capabilities, and activities. i no longer have any friends, any unattached passions, or any amount of unrequired expression. Actually, i have very little expression to begin with.
and because i have no much free time with this not having a soul thing, and the not sleeping thing, and the not having any actual friends thing, i applied for a job this evening. |
